I hope this is fud. I don't want no stinking online or coop mode. I swear whoever is the director better not pull a bullshit as MGS2. I don't care how "awesome" or whatever the other character is. I want to play through KRATOS'S story. The former GoW.

Ps3 - Lowest total of games but most of them are quality.
I absolutely adore LBP. My personal goty (beating out MGS4). I just started dabbling in level creating tonight and wow is it deep. Seriously. It's like having a blank canvas and someone telling you to "draw". Once you get into it, it really starts to flow though. But trying to see what direction you want to take things is quite difficult at first.
It's a pretty damn good platformer as well.

I have to say i just downloaded and play Wipeout HD 2 days ago. WOW. It's like watching HD porn (metaphorical not REAL HD "I think i can see the warts in her bush" porn). My eyes were GLUED. It's like watching nature channels in HD for the first time.
I heard PoP is beautiful in motion as well. I haven't picked it up yet though.
Oy you guys are slaying him for his own opinion. I don't mind what he said at all. Do i agree with him? No, not fully. But to call him an idiot and so forth is uncalled for. You could say you disagree with him and think his claims are off the mark in a different less harsh way than "You're a idiot, you don't know what you're talking bout".
I didn't really notice most of the screen tearing. But the framerate dips i did see here and there. I'd love for Assassins Creed 2 to be locked in at 60 frames per second. A few times the frame rate went up to 60 frames and the animations looked amazing good. Better than what they were and that's saying quite a bit.
This will definitely be my first Blu-Ray disk. I'm hoping i get it for christmas. I've dropped a few hints but don't know if someone picked up on it.
I actually liked Ass Creed ALOT. Didn't love it but i liked it alot. Diversity in side quests and tougher A.I is the only thing i really want in Assassins Creed 2. Oh yeah and branch out the Desmond parts a bit more.
The story was great though it's not everyone's cup of tea (historical references abound with a sci-fi twist). Love the dialog, social commentary and free running. Combat was more than serviceable to me. Just needed tougher crowd A.I (like how the AI was in last 3 as...
Well MGS4 sold 500,000 in it's first week in japan back in June. Since then it's sold almost 200,000 units. So roughly 40,000 units sold each month since then. Sure it's not at 1 million total sells but it's still VERY respectable overall. Specially considering it's sold over 3 million copies worldwide since launch. Not bad.
Gow3, Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2 and Infamous (in that order) is my top anticipated first party titles for next year on the Ps3. I don't expect GoW3 and Uncharted 2 to come out next year though. I think one of them will get pushed back to 2010.
I'm still pretty amped up for Brutal Legend and Bayonetta though. I'm really excited for those two games actually. Along with Dues Ex 3 and Steet Fighter 4.
Not bad almost 700,000 copies sold in Japan for MGS4.
I'm buying pretty much every game on that list sans Skate 2, Rage and GT5. And for the love of Zeus there better not be co op in GoW3. Do not ruin my favorite franchise (exclusively single player) by tacking on some sort of cooperative/multiplayer f@ggotry.
I don't put any emphasis on graphics for GoW. I want to see how the environments look like. The environments/settings and monsters always is a sight to behold. Walking across those chains in GoW2, the temple of fate. The pandora temple strapped to chronus. THAT is what i want from GoW3 but just more grand... If that's even possible.

Every other dev and marketing salesman throw around that word. When not nearly even 10 percent of the games that PR guys use it have a exceptional feature that you'd call "innovative". Rehashing or refining what was done already isn't "innovative" it's a rehash, a reimaging etc. I'm glad i'm not the only person who notices this.
I actually liked the gray look. How the black and grays messed together to make a really broody,dink and dark world looked amazing to me. The current version looks good too. But nothing like that Gray and Black.
I don't have any qualms with that. It seems more like a game that they genuinely enjoyed. Though i'm pretty surprised GTA4 got best screen writing. Sure it had some really good dialog but better than MGS4? Not really. Specially how MGS4 references things subtly like Blackwater.
